Sona (www.sonagram.com)("Site") is a sharing website. Sona is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect (or that you permit any other social networking sites to provide to us) through the Site and Services. As used herein, the “Services” includes the services, features, and information available on the Site and/or our mobile application available via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other publicly available app store (along with associated and successor websites, applications, features, information, and services, or any part thereof. Our goal is to provide a platform for individuals who want to share their ultrasound images with friends, acquaintances, family members, and other individuals.

There are two types of information that we collect: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Sona offers a free service to members and their contacts and pays for the service by contacting members with sales and marketing messages from Partners. Sona reserves the right to contact a Member using their email address, mailing address, or telephone number, or directly through their Sona account, for sales or marketing purposes. Sona does not share the restricted contact information with outside parties. Individuals who become registered users of Sona give us permission to send Members marketing materials and our electronic newsletter and so that we may communicate information to members from third parties including information about products and services.
We may engage trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics, or email delivery platforms) who process your information solely on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations. These providers are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at anytime by contacting us at support@sonagram.com.

Sona is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
